🔁 Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, in the same condition you received it

  • Original packaging must be included

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

To start a return, please email us at shoptheralume@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with return instructions.

Note: We do not accept returns on:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards


💵 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.


🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.


❌ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at shoptheralume@gmail.com within 3–5 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we’ll make it right.
