📦 Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We appreciate your patience!
🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer Economy shipping at checkout. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

📦 Shipment Tracking

❗ Lost or Stolen Packages
TheraLume is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier or email us at shoptheralume@gmail.com.
